ClinicalTrials.gov · August 20, 2026
Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a registry record for an ongoing interventional trial evaluating a combined lifestyle intervention (CLIP) in night-shift workers across Europe. No results are reported; the study is currently recruiting and has not yet completed its 24-week intervention period. The record describes the planned primary outcome (objectively measured sleep duration) and secondary objectives (lifestyle behaviors, body weight, metabolic outcomes) but provides no efficacy or safety data.
Interventional, Randomized, Parallel, Open label, Prevention purpose. Night Shift Work, Obesity & Overweight, Circadian Misalignment; age from 21 Years; accepts healthy volunteers. Intervention: Intervention. Compared with: Control — No Intervention. n = 400. 5 sites: Germany, Netherlands, Poland.

As stated by the source record.
Quoted from the source exactly as published.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07631767). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Wageningen University. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 400 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Night Shift Work, Obesity & Overweight, Circadian Misalignment. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Combined Lifestyle Intervention. Primary outcome measures: Sleep duration , From enrollment to the end of intervention (24 weeks). Brief summary: This study evaluates the effects of a Combined Lifestyle Intervention Program (CLIP) on sleep, lifestyle behaviors, obesity risk and health in night-shift workers. The primary objective is to assess the effect of the CLIP on objectively measured sleep duration. Secondary objectives include behavioral outcomes related to sleep, diet, physical activity, and stress, as well as body weight and metabolic outcomes, . It is hypothesized that CLIP participants will show a greater increase in sleep duration than controls, alongside favorable changes in lifestyle and health outcomes.
