This is a narrative literature review synthesizing current evidence on the epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and prevention of selected arboviral infections (WNV, DENV, CHIKV, ZIKV, OROV) in European children. The review identifies persistent gaps in pediatric-specific data and highlights that although pediatric cases are often underrecognized, children may develop severe manifestations including neuroinvasive disease and congenital infection.
