Quality-of-life and self-perceived inequity in people with severe mental illness: the SOFIA pilot study.

A pilot cluster-RCT with modest sample size and short follow-up showing selective improvements in self-perceived inequity (two domains) but no effect on primary needs-based QoL or health-related QoL; results are real but limited and the authors call for larger trials.
