Observational Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06477484). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Peking University First Hospital. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 180 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Alzheimer's Disease, Blood Biomarkers. Interventions: DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Blood biomarker. Primary outcome measures: Evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of blood biomarkers of Aβ42, Aβ40, Aβ42/Aβ40, P-Tau181, P-Tau217, GFAP and NfL. , 2 years. Brief summary: The goal of this observational study is to estimate the screen performance of blood biomarkers of interest (Aβ40 and Aβ42, P-Tau181, P-Tau217, GFAP and NfL) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), mild cognitive impairment due to AD, and cognitively normal individuals. The main questions it aims to answer are: * to identify core blood biomarker suitable for early screening of AD. * to establish a comprehensive model for the early identification of AD.
