Observational Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07862816). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Intuitive Surgical. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 151 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Lung Cancer (Diagnosis). Primary outcome measures: Diagnostic yield assessed using the ATS/ACCP consensus definition. , At completion of index biopsy procedure. Brief summary: The goal of this observational study is to learn about the diagnostic performance and safety of robotic-assisted bronchoscopy using the Ion Endoluminal System in adults with small lung nodules that do not show a bronchus sign on CT imaging. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How effective is robotic-assisted bronchoscopy in obtaining a diagnosis for small lung nodules without a bronchus sign? * How safe is the procedure, including the risk of complications such as pneumothorax and bleeding? Participants who are already scheduled to undergo lung nodule biopsy using the Ion Endoluminal System and integrated mobile cone-beam CT (mCBCT) as part of their routine clinical care will be enrolled in this study.
