Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a registry record for an ongoing two-arm randomized trial examining whether an EDC reduction curriculum with biomarker feedback reduces weight, and whether a digital weight loss program reduces EDC exposures, in 226 adults with overweight or obesity. No results are reported in this registry snapshot; the study remains in active follow-up.
Interventional, Randomized, Parallel, Single masking, Prevention purpose. Obesity &Amp;Amp;Amp; Overweight, Environmental Exposure, Overweight (BMI > 25); age from 18 Years. Intervention: Weight Loss Group; EDC Reduction Intervention Group. Compared with: Each arm serves as comparator to the other; the two interventions are tested in parallel.. n = 226. 1 site: United States.

Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
This is a registry record for an active interventional trial with no results reported; the study design is sound (two-armed RCT, n=226) but outcome data are not yet available, making this a planning document only.
As stated by the source record.
Quoted from the source exactly as published.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07560579). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Million Marker Wellness, Inc.. Recruitment status: ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 226 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Obesity &Amp; Overweight, Environmental Exposure, Overweight (BMI > 25). Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Educational curriculum; BEHAVIORAL: Weight loss Application; DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Urinary EDC metabolite testing; DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Siphox clinic biomarker test; DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Weight loss reporting. Primary outcome measures: Changes in weight after intervention. , Pre and post intervention (4 months between measurements); Changes in Endocrine Disrupting Chemical - Environmental Health Literacy (EDC-EHL) after the intervention. , Measured before the intervention, after the intervention (4 months after baseline), and at follow-up (1 months after the intervention); Changes in EDC metabolites after the intervention , Pre and post intervention (4 months in between measurements). Brief summary: The goal of this study is to examine the relationship in individuals with overweight/obesity and endocrine disrupting chemical (EDC) exposure through a two-armed, randomized clinical trial. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. If MM's 12-week EDC intervention program (EDC testing and report-back, EDC reduction curriculum) can reduce weight? 2. If a 12-week validated digital weight loss program can reduce EDC exposures? 3. What is the effectiveness of the two interventions at reducing weight and urinary EDC metabolites? Participants will be assigned to one of these two arms. Participants will collect their urine and blood samples pre- and post-intervention, and will take a comprehensive exposure survey before sending back their samples. This exposure survey will ask about participant's weight loss literacy, environmental health literacy, product use, diet, and lifestyle behaviors.
