Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a completed single-arm feasibility study of a produce prescription programme paired with educational videos in 40 overweight adolescents, with planned outcomes including pickup adherence, video viewing, fruit and vegetable intake, blood pressure, and weight. Results are not yet posted in this registry record and should be awaited before clinical or policy implications can be assessed.

Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
Results are not yet reported. Once posted, feasibility data (pickup and video viewing rates) and preliminary efficacy signals (fruit/vegetable intake, blood pressure, weight change) should inform whether a larger controlled trial is warranted.
This is a completed feasibility study of an 8-week produce prescription intervention in 40 adolescents with obesity; results are not yet reported in this registry record, and the design is uncontrolled with surrogate endpoints.

Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07218588). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Nemours Children's Clinic. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 40 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Obesity & Overweight, Adolescence. Interventions: OTHER: dietary / produce. Primary outcome measures: Percent produce pickups completed , 8 weeks; Percent of videos viewed , 8 weeks. Brief summary: The goal of this research study is to learn if an 8-week produce prescription program (in partnership with a local urban farm) can increase fruit and vegetable consumption in overweight teens and improve their blood pressure and weight. The main questions are: * Is a produce prescription program in overweight teens feasible? * Will a produce prescription with educational videos increase weekly fruit and vegetable intake? * Will a produce prescription with educational videos improve blood pressure and weight for height? Researchers will compare the teens' fruit and vegetable intake, blood pressure and weight for height before and after the produce prescription. Researchers will also see how feasible it is by measuring the number of produce prescriptions are picked up by the families and how many educational videos are viewed. Participants will: * complete questionnaires related to their diet and nutrition * measure their blood pressure and weight at the beginning and end of the study * obtain weekly produce prescriptions
