Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07856303). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Fudan University. Recruitment status: NOT_YET_RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE2. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 358 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: HER2-positive Breast Cancer, Early Breast Cancer (EBC). Interventions: DRUG: SHR-A1811; DRUG: Trastuzumab; DRUG: Pertuzumab. Primary outcome measures: Invasive Disease-Free Survival (IDFS) , At 3 years after randomization. Brief summary: This investigator-initiated, single-center, randomized, open-label, phase II trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of intensified adjuvant SHR-A1811 compared with trastuzumab plus pertuzumab in women with initially stage IIB-IIIC HER2-positive early breast cancer who achieved pathologic complete response after neoadjuvant systemic therapy and have detectable postoperative circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). Eligible participants will be randomized 1:1 and stratified by hormone receptor status, HER2 test category, and initial clinical anatomic stage. The primary endpoint is invasive disease-free survival.
