Observational Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07866859). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Burapha University. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 105 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Acute Coronary Syndrome, Chronic Coronary Syndrome, Heart Failure. Interventions: DIAGNOSTIC_TEST: Ultrasound Measurement of Common Femoral Vein-to-Artery Diameter Ratio. Primary outcome measures: Left ventricular end diastolic pressure , During the cardiac catheterization procedure. Brief summary: This prospective cross-sectional diagnostic accuracy study enrolled patients undergoing coronary angiography and left heart catheterization at Burapha University Hospital, Thailand. The diameters of the common femoral vein and common femoral artery were measured using ultrasonography, and the common FVD/FAD ratio was calculated. LVEDP, measured during left heart catheterization, served as the reference standard. An elevated LVEDP (\>16 mmHg) was defined as volume overload. Diagnostic performance was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis.
