Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06831812). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Nuravax, Inc.. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: PHASE1. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 16 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Alzheimer Disease, Alzheimer Disease (AD), Alzheimers Disease Prevention. Interventions: BIOLOGICAL: AV-1959R (Abeta vaccine). Primary outcome measures: Safety and Tolerability of AV-1959R Compared to Placebo , Up to 26 weeks. Brief summary: This Phase 1 clinical trial evaluates the safety, tolerability, and immune response of the adjuvanted AV-1959R vaccine in healthy adults aged 40-60. Participants will receive three intramuscular injections of either adjuvanted AV-1959R (100 µg or 300 µg) or adjuvanted placebo at Weeks 0, 4, and 14, followed by an 8-week follow-up. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure anti-Aβ antibody levels to assess immune response. This study will help determine if AV-1959R is safe and effective in generating a targeted immune response.
