Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07857694). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Laibin People's Hospital. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 202 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Lung Cancer Stage III, EGFR Activating Mutation. Interventions: RADIATION: Thoracic radiotherapy; DRUG: EGFR-TKI. Primary outcome measures: Pattern of treatment failure , From the start of thoracic radiotherapy until disease progression or death, whichever comes first.. Brief summary: Objective: To investigate the failure patterns, efficacy and safety of thoracic radiotherapy combined with EGFR-TKI in stage III unresectable non-small cell lung cancer harboring EGFR-sensitive mutations. Methods: This is a multicenter retrospective cohort study. Patients diagnosed with stage III unresectable EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer who received thoracic radiotherapy plus EGFR-TKI between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2024 were enrolled from five hospitals in Guangxi, including Laibin People's Hospital, The People's Hospital of Chongzuo, Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, The First People's Hospital of Yulin, and The First Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University. We will analyze progression patterns, progression-free survival, overall survival and treatment-related adverse events.
