Interventional Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07864363). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Necmettin Erbakan University. Recruitment status: ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 40 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Heart Failure, Functional Capacity. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: functional capacity; BEHAVIORAL: Fatigue and dyspnea. Primary outcome measures: Change in Functional Capacity Assessed by the 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) , Baseline (before intervention) and one hour after the intervention.. Brief summary: The aim of this study was to investigate the acute effects of rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) with metronome on functional capacity, vital signs, perceived fatigue, and dyspnea in patients diagnosed with heart failure. The participants (n=40) were divided into two groups: Group 1 (n=20) and Group 2 (n=20). Group 1 underwent the classic 6-minute walk test (6MWT), followed by a one-hour break, and then the 6MWT with rhythmic auditory stimulation. Group 2 underwent the 6MWT with rhythmic auditory stimulation, followed by a one-hour break, and then the classic 6MWT. Functional capacity was assessed using the 6MWT, vital signs using a digital blood pressure monitor and pulse oximeter, fatigue level using the modified Borg scale, and fatigue and dyspnea levels using the modified Borg scale. Assessments were performed in three stages: before the test, after the test, and during recovery.
