Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Abstract The widespread prevalence of antibiotic resistance among infectious disease pathogens raises an urgent need for the development of new approaches to the search for effective antimicrobial agents and the treatment of bacterial infections. This review focuses on key research areas aimed at developing therapeutic approaches to overcome bacterial antibiotic resistance. It discusses the search for next-generation antibiotics and the design of β-lactamase inhibitors, involving the use of bioinformatic analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning methods as new stages in their development. The review also briefly discusses new areas of combined antibiotic therapy, phage therapy, and immunotherapy, including the use of antimicrobial peptides and quorum sensing inhibitors.
