Phase 1 Trial.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06586957). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: NiKang Therapeutics, Inc.. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE1. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 238 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Solid Tumor, Advanced Solid Tumor, Solid Tumor, Adult, Metastatic Tumor, Ovarian Cancer, Ovarian Neoplasms, Ovarian Carcinoma, Metastatic Ovarian Carcinoma, Endometrial Neoplasms, Endometrial Diseases, Metastatic Endometrial Cancer, Triple Negative Breast Cancer, Metastatic Endometrial Carcinoma, Advanced Endometrial Carcinoma, Advanced Ovarian Carcinoma, Gastric Cancer, Advanced Gastric Carcinoma, Metastatic Gastric Cancer, Metastatic Gastric Carcinoma, Small Cell Lung Cancer, Small Cell Lung Carcinoma, Triple Negative Breast Neoplasms, Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer, Platinum-refractory Ovarian Carcinoma, CCNE1 Amplification, Hormone Receptor Negative Breast Carcinoma, Human Epidermal Growth Factor 2 Negative Carcinoma of Breast, Progesterone-receptor-positive Breast Cancer. Interventions: DRUG: NKT3964; DRUG: Paclitaxel; DRUG: Doxorubicin. Primary outcome measures: Number of Participants with Dose Limiting Toxicity (DLT) events , 28 Days; Objective Response Rate (ORR) , 1 Year. Brief summary: The goal of the Monotherapy Dose Escalation phase (Part 1) of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary anti-tumor activity to determine the preliminary recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of NKT3964 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The goal of the Monotherapy Expansion phase of the study (Part 2) is to evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of NKT3964 at the RDE based on objective response rate (ORR) and determine the preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). The goal of the Combination Dose Escalation phase (Part 3) of the study is to identify the RDE of NKT3964 in combination with chemotherapy in adult subjects with advanced/metastatic endometrial cancer. The goal of the Combination Expansion phase of the study (Part 4) is to evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of NKT3964 in combination with chemotherapy at the RDE based on ORR.
