Registry record contains no efficacy, safety, or outcome data; study is still recruiting.
This trial addresses an unmet need in adjuvant therapy for a molecularly defined subset of resected NSCLC. Results are not yet available; clinicians should monitor for publication of primary outcome data.
Phase 3 randomized controlled trial currently recruiting with no results reported; registry record describes planned design and endpoints only.

Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07431827). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE3. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 400 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer. Interventions: DRUG: Calderasib; BIOLOGICAL: MK-3475A; DRUG: Placebo. Primary outcome measures: Disease-free Survival (DFS) , Up to ~11 years. Brief summary: This is a phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of adjuvant calderasib plus subcutaneous pembrolizumab and berahyaluronidase alfa (MK-3475A) versus adjuvant placebo plus MK-3475a in participants with completely resected stage IIA-IIIB (N2), KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer following receipt of either neoadjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy or adjuvant chemotherapy. The primary goal of the study is to compare adjuvant calderasib plus MK-3475A to adjuvant placebo plus MK-3475A with respect to disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator.
