Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a Phase 1b dose-escalation trial registered on ClinicalTrials.gov investigating osimertinib combined with tegavivint as first-line treatment for metastatic EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. No results have been posted to the registry; the record describes the planned study design and primary endpoint of maximum tolerated dose.

As stated by the source record.
Quoted from the source exactly as published.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04780568). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. Recruitment status: ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE1. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 24 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Metastatic Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma, Stage IV Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IVA Lung Cancer AJCC v8, Stage IVB Lung Cancer AJCC v8. Interventions: DRUG: Osimertinib; DRUG: Tegavivint; PROCEDURE: Echocardiography Test; PROCEDURE: Multigated Acquisition Scan; PROCEDURE: Computed Tomography; PROCEDURE: FDG-Positron Emission Tomography; PROCEDURE: Biospecimen Collection. Primary outcome measures: Maximum tolerated dose , Up to 28 days. Brief summary: This phase Ib trial is to find out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of osimertinib and tegavivint as first-line therapy in treating patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Osimertinib and tegavivint may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
