Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
AbstractPurpose: This study aimed to identify the prognostic and predictive factors affecting survival in patients with early-stage human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive breast cancer who received adjuvant treatment.Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 124 female patients diagnosed with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine between January 2014 and December 2019. Clinicopathological characteristics, treatment regimens, and laboratory findings were analyzed. Survival analyses were performed using the Kaplan-Meier method, and factors influencing survival were evaluated using Cox regression analysis. Results: The mean follow-up duration were 63.9 months. The mean overall survival and progression-free survival were 65.1 and 58.8 months, respectively. Lymph node involvement greater than three, elevated Cancer Antigen 15-3 (CA15-3) (>25 U/mL), and high lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels (>214 U/L) were significantly associated with shorter progression-free survival (p
