No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
ABSTRACT Preventing wound infections and postoperative tumor recurrence remains challenging due to bacterial infection risks and potential cancer cell metastasis. Here, we developed a multifunctional drug‐loaded nanoformulation (RES@Fe‐Pt@MOF) based on UiO‐66‐NH 2 doped with Fe‐Pt nanoparticles. The formulation was prepared by incorporating Fe‐Pt NPs via a solvothermal method, followed by resveratrol (RES) loading. It exhibits good stability, high RES loading capacity (26.9%), and excellent pH‐responsive release (17.59%, 34.0%, and 62.6% over 72 h at pH 7.4, 6.0, and 5.0, respectively). In vitro cell studies confirm good biocompatibility, effective killing of HepG2 cells, and suppression of cancer cell growth and migration. Antibacterial assays show that the formulation damages the surface morphology of E. coli and S. aureus by enhancing reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, leading to potent sterilization. Consequently, the pH‐responsive RES@Fe‐Pt@MOF nanoformulation demonstrates superior antimicrobial and anticancer activities under mildly acidic conditions, highlighting its potential for postoperative cancer therapy.
