No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07889739). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Technical University of Munich. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 100 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: MDD, Severe Depression, Major Depressive Episode. Interventions: OTHER: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Primary outcome measures: Correlation Between Change in Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) Scores and Baseline Sensation Seeking Scale (SSS) Total Score , Baseline (within 7 days before first TMS session) to end of acute TMS course (approximately 4-6 weeks). Brief summary: his real-world observational study examines whether sensation-seeking personality traits influence the clinical response to transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Participants will complete a validated sensation seeking scale prior to TMS treatment, and depressive symptoms will be assessed using standardized clinical scales during and after the TMS course.
