Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07817355). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Comenius University. Recruitment status: ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 104 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Breast Neoplasms. Interventions: OTHER: Dance-Based Exercise Program. Primary outcome measures: Change in Cancer-Related Fatigue Assessed by the FACIT-Fatigue Scale , Baseline to the end of the 12-week intervention. Brief summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether a 12-week dance-based exercise program can reduce cancer-related fatigue in women with newly diagnosed breast cancer who are undergoing treatment before surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does participating in the dance-based exercise program reduce cancer-related fatigue? Does the program improve quality of life and physical functioning? Researchers will compare women who participate in the dance-based exercise program in addition to their standard cancer care with women who receive standard cancer care alone. Participants in the dance group will take part in supervised 60-minute dance sessions three times per week for 12 weeks. All participants will complete questionnaires and undergo assessments of physical fitness and body composition. Blood and stool samples will also be collected to study changes in the gut microbiome and selected biological markers. Participants will be followed for up to one year after surgery.
