Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05353166). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: PHASE2. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 59 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Heart Failure. Interventions: DRUG: REGN5381; DRUG: Matching Placebo. Primary outcome measures: Number of Participants With Treatment-emergent Adverse Events (TEAEs) , From first dose (Day 1) up to end of study (Day 126). Brief summary: This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN5381, further referred to as study drug. The study is focused on adult participants with heart failure that, in the opinion of the study doctor, have a clinical indication for right heart catheterization (RHC). The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
