ClinicalTrials.gov · August 7, 2026
Early or partial results. Treat as a signal, not a conclusion.
This is a Phase 3 randomized trial comparing calderasib plus durvalumab versus placebo plus durvalumab in unresected locally advanced KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC after chemoradiation. No results have been posted to this registry; the study is actively recruiting and outcomes remain unreported.
Phase 3, Interventional, Randomized, Parallel, Triple masking, Treatment purpose. Non-small Cell Lung Cancer; age from 18 Years. Intervention: Calderasib + Durvalumab. Compared with: Placebo + Durvalumab — Active Comparator. n = 310. 53 sites across 11 countries.

Once results are available, this trial may inform treatment sequencing and the role of KRAS G12C inhibition with immunotherapy in locally advanced NSCLC. Clinicians should await reported outcomes before changing practice.
This is a Phase 3 trial registration with no results posted; enrollment is ongoing and outcomes have not yet been reported.

Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
What is missing. This record has no key findings. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07554339). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC. Recruitment status: RECRUITING. Phase: PHASE3. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 310 participants (ESTIMATED). Conditions: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer. Interventions: DRUG: Calderasib; BIOLOGICAL: Durvalumab; OTHER: Placebo to MK-1084. Primary outcome measures: Progression-Free Survival (PFS) , Up to approximately 6 years. Brief summary: Researchers are looking for new ways to treat locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is unresected and has a gene mutation called KRAS G12C. Researchers want to learn if calderasib (MK-1084) can be given with durvalumab, an immunotherapy, to treat NSCLC after chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The goal of this trial is to learn if participants who receive calderasib and durvalumab live longer without the cancer growing or spreading compared to participants who receive placebo and durvalumab.
