What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07911917). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Aksaray University. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 24 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Depression, Anxiety, Stress. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Reformer Pilates exercise program. Primary outcome measures: Sleep Quality , Baseline and immediately after the 5-week intervention. Brief summary: This study investigated the effects of a 5-week Reformer Pilates exercise program on sleep quality, depression, anxiety, stress, and body mass index in 26 sedentary women. Participants completed 10 exercise sessions, with two sessions per week. Sleep quality and mental health were assessed before and after the intervention using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21. Following the program, significant improvements were observed in sleep quality, depression, stress, and body mass index. These findings suggest that Reformer Pilates may be a beneficial exercise approach for improving selected physical and psychological outcomes in sedentary women.
