Observational Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07921758). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri SpA. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Study type: OBSERVATIONAL. Enrollment: 202 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS), Cardiac Surgery. Primary outcome measures: Proportion of patients classified as being at high risk according to Multidimensional Prognostic Index (MPI) , Baseline (day 1), discharge (up to five days), and 3 months (Day 90). Brief summary: Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary intervention aimed at reducing disability and improving functional recovery in patients following a cardiovascular event. In older patients, comprehensive multidimensional assessment using the Multidimensional Prognostic Index (MPI) provides a standardized approach to prognostic risk stratification. The primary aim of this study is to determine whether an inpatient cardiac rehabilitation program implemented following a cardiovascular event can reduce the proportion of patients classified as being at high prognostic risk according to the MPI. The study will also assess whether the benefits achieved through cardiac rehabilitation are maintained at the three-month follow-up. Finally, the study will evaluate the prognostic significance of changes in MPI score in response to the cardiac rehabilitation intervention.
