Interventional Study.
No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Registry record from ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07873905). This is a study registration, not published results. Lead sponsor: Brunel University. Recruitment status: COMPLETED. Phase: NA. Study type: INTERVENTIONAL. Enrollment: 110 participants (ACTUAL). Conditions: Depression / Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, Anxiety Disorder Generalized. Interventions: BEHAVIORAL: Digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy; BEHAVIORAL: Digital memory task. Primary outcome measures: Change from baseline in PHQ-9 scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention; Change from baseline in GAD-7 scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention; Change from baseline in ATQ-30 scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention; Change from baseline in AAQ-II scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention; Change from baseline in NCBI scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention; Change from baseline in PANAS scores at 45 minutes post-intervention , From baseline to 45 minutes post-intervention. Brief summary: The goal of this study is to learn if digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy can treat mental health in adults. The main question it aims to answer is: * Does digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy improve mental health in participants? Researchers will compare digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy to a control intervention (digital memory task) to see if digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy works to treat mental health. Participants will: * Complete either the digital single-session cognitive behavioural therapy or a digital memory task. * Complete some mental health questionnaires.
