No findings were extractable from the material analysed.
Safety was not reported in the material analysed. Check the source before drawing any conclusion about harm.
The source did not state who this applies to in practice.
Graded across the dimensions that decide whether you should act, each from what the source actually supports. There is no single score, and where a dimension was not assessed it says so.
This record has not been graded across any dimension yet. Treat the label above as provisional and read the source.
What is missing. This record has no bottom line, key findings, reported figures, evidence dimensions. That is a gap in the analysis, not a judgement about the study.
Abstract This planning study evaluated ultra‐hypofractionated three‐dose‐level radiotherapy for prostate cancer with a dominant intraprostatic lesion (DIL) abutting the urethral high‐dose avoidance zone (HDAZ). Ten patients (30 volumetric modulated arc therapy [VMAT] plans) were re‐planned with 25 Gy to the pelvis, 35 Gy to the prostate, and 50 Gy to the DIL in five fractions. All plans achieved coverage while keeping urethral doses below the 90 GyEQD2 threshold and meeting organ‐at‐risk constraints, irrespective of DIL size or HDAZ contact. The findings demonstrate the feasibility of urethra‐sparing with effective DIL dose escalation, even in peri‐HDAZ locations.
